However to make a six pack there are several exercises and requirements. You have to lose your fat by cycling, running or by other exercises. It may take time to build the six packs so you have to be patient.
Now the way to make six packs are to do sit ups in which all you have to do is to lie on the ground with your knees raised upwards and your feet should touch the floor. You palms placed behind your head. Keep something heavy on your feet or keep them strongly in touch with the ground. Now lift yourself upwards in such a way that your back should be straight and your feet should be in touch with the ground, only you have to lift your upper part of your body as you comes in the position of sitting and till your stomach touches your laps. Do the complete process at least 15 times in the beginner level.
